Scholarship Application
The Crisis Pregnancy Outreach Scholarship Fund was created to help those who have received services from CPO better their lives by achieving their educational goals. Scholarship amounts are awarded based on financial need and commitment to education. The funds may be used to attain a GED or attend any technical trade school, college, or university. All applicants must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Be a female recipient of CPO services
- Demonstrate a commitment to improving your life through education
- Verification of school enrollment or acceptance
- Maintain at least a 3.0 cumulative grade point average (based on a 4.0 scale)
- Attend counseling and group at least 3 times per month
- Please submit the FAFSA before submitting this application and print off the summary for CPO.
- Submit a reference letter, preferably from a CPO Representative or Mentor. Letter must include contact information for their reference.

Enrollment verification is required before scholarship funds are distributed to the scholarship recipient’s school bursar account. to claim the scholarship award, the recipient must provide one of the following:
- Class schedule (must include student’s name, school name, term, and classes attending)
- Letter from school that states you are enrolled/registered for classes (must state student’s name, school name, term, and classes attending)
