Crisis Pregnancy Outreach Resource Boutique 

The Crisis Pregnancy Outreach Resource Boutique is available as a free shopping experience to active CPO clients and community referrals. The boutique is stocked with maternity items, baby care and clothes, baby equipment, diapers, formula, toys, and more.

Clients may earn points through Brightcourse parenting classes, attending group, attending counseling, and volunteering. Earned points may be redeemed for items in the boutique.

All items in the boutique are donated by the community. CPO is not responsible for the condition of the items in the resource boutique. All items are donated as-is and CPO cannot be held liable for any injuries or damages that may occur because of the use of these items.

The boutique is available Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 10am-6pm, Friday 10am-2pm, and Tuesday 4pm-6:30pm. The boutique is not open during Support Groups.

If there is an item or need that is not currently stocked in the boutique, let CPO staff know. They will do what they can to get the needed items.

How to Earn Boutique Points:

  • Completing Brightcourse classes: 1 point per class.
  • Attending Support group in its entirety: 3 points per session.
  • Attending counseling: 2 points per session.
  • Volunteering: 2 points per hour
  • Donating back to the boutique- Items returned in good condition will be inspected and if accepted ½ the value of points will be returned. (Example, if a client returns a stroller in clean, good condition and the item can be re-donated the client will be credited 7.5 points) 

Items Point Value:

  • Maternity items: 1 point per item
  • Books, Small Toys, Blankets, Burp Rags, and Bibs = Mix and Match 2 items for 1 point
  • Large toys such as outdoor equipment, tummy time mats, ride on toys, etc. = 5 points
  • Accessories, bottles, bath items (excluded bath equipment), teether, pacifiers, etc= Mix and Match 2 items for 1 point
  • Clothing, shoes, accessories= Mix and Match 10 items for 5 points
  • Baby Care and Health (diaper rash cream, thermometers, baby safety, etc.)= 2 points
  • Formula= 2 points per can
  • Diapers= 3 points per package (1 package per month max)
  • Diaper Bags= 5 points
  • Baby Wraps and carriers= 10 points
  • Baby Baths, potty chairs, changing pads= 5 points
  • Highchairs, strollers, baby bouncers, back and plays, baby gates, misc. baby equipment= 15 points
  • Car seat= 20 points
  • Breast Pump= 15 points
  • Breast Feeding Accessories= 2 points

Instructions on how to shop the CPO Boutique:

  1. Check with CPO staff for your current point balance.
  2. Grab a bag and enjoy shopping the boutique.
  3. When you are done shopping, stop by the front desk to check out.
  4. Leave hangers and move items to a disposable bag. Unless you are a first-time client, then please take the reusable CPO shopping tote.
  5. Complete and sign the Boutique Checkout Receipt.


  • Entering the boutique when it is closed, failure to check out boutique items with CPO staff, following the CPO point system, or respecting CPO guidelines may result in loss of shopping privileges.
  • If a client loses shopping privileges, they may continue to earn points and provide a CPO staff with a list of needs. The CPO staff will gather requested items and let the client know when they are available for pickup.

Here are some additional tips for shopping the CPO Boutique:

  • Be aware of the point value of items before you start shopping.
  • If you are not sure how many points you need for an item, ask a CPO staff member.
  • If you are a first-time client, be sure to ask for the reusable CPO shopping tote.
  • When you are checking out, be sure to complete and sign the Boutique Checkout Receipt.

Crisis Pregnancy Outreach (CPO) accepts new and gently used maternity, baby, and toddler items for our resource boutique. We are unable to accept used car seats, cribs, opened consumable items such as formula, diaper cream, bath products, etc. due to safety regulations and recalls.

We also have a Small Birthmom boutique that accepts new items such as tumblers, mugs, name brand bath and body products, journals, pen sets, houseware and kitchen gadgets, gift cards, and jewelry.

In addition to the resource boutique and Birthmom boutique, CPO has a small food pantry and freezer that serves our families. For the food pantry, we accept non-perishable, easy to prepare, family food items. We also have room for a few frozen items such as frozen pizzas, lasagnas, waffles, etc.

Crisis Pregnancy Outreach accepts new and gently used maternity, baby, and toddler items for our resource boutique.

  • Acceptable items:
    • Maternity clothing
    • Baby clothing
    • Baby gear (strollers, car seats, cribs, etc.)
    • Toys
    • Books
    • Diapers and wipes
    • Formula
    • Bath products
    • Breast Pumps and nursing accessories 
    • Other baby and maternity essentials
  • Items we cannot accept:
    • Used car seats
    • Used cribs
    • Opened consumable items (formula, diaper cream, bath products, etc.)
    • Hazardous or recalled items

As part of our Birthmom post placement support services, we also have a small Birthmom boutique.

  • Acceptable items (new or like new condition only please):
    • Tumblers and water bottles 
    • Mugs
    • Name brand bath and body products
    • Journals
    • Pen sets
    • Houseware and kitchen gadgets
    • Gift cards (Restaurants, Coffee Shops, Gad Stations, and Hobby Stores)
    • Jewelry
    • Cell phone  chargers and accessories 

In addition to the resource boutique and Birthmom boutique, CPO has a small food pantry and freezer that serves our families.

  • Acceptable items:
    • Non-perishable, easy-to-prepare, family food items
    • Frozen items such as frozen pizzas, lasagnas, waffles, etc.
  • Items we cannot accept:
    • Items that are expired or past their sell-by date
    • Items that are opened or damaged

Crisis Pregnancy Outreach is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and all donations made are tax deductible.

  • Donation receipts are available upon request at the time of donation
  • Donations are accepted during CPO Center hours:
    • Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 10am-6pm
    • Tuesday: 4pm-8pm
    • Friday: 10am-2pm
  • Please bring donations inside the CPO lobby and do not leave them outside the building.
  • Please do not leave items outside when CPO is closed.
  • Due to limited staff, CPO is not able to pick donations up.
